We're looking for a proactive, results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our vibrant record stores. This role will focus on leading a productive team, driving in-store and online sales, and maintaining an organized, inviting store environment. If you thrive in managing teams, optimizing processes, and creating exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply for this roleWe're looking for a Visual Merchandiser to make our stores look as good as the records sound. You'll own the look and feel of the floor — building window displays, featuring new arrivals, organizing genre sections so they're easy to dig through, and creating eye-catching, photo-worthy setups that pull people in from the street and stop them mid-scroll on Instagram. You'll work closely with the store team to keep displays fresh week to week, spotlight staff picks and new stock, and bring a strong sense of style to seasonal moments, events, and in-store happenings. The ideal candidate has a great eye for layout and color, takes initiative, and genuinely loves music and the culture around it. Retail merchandising or display experience is a plus, but a strong portfolio of creative work — in any medium — speaks just as loudly.
