How it works

Shipping Policy

$5 flat US · free over $30 · $15.50 international · free international over $90. We pack carefully and we ship worldwide.

Shipping rates

USA buyers

  • $5 flat-rate shipping — unlimited records
  • FREE shipping on orders over $30

International buyers

  • $15.50 flat-rate shipping — unlimited records
  • FREE shipping on orders over $90
  • We primarily use Asendia for international shipments.

Media Mail is slow and increases exposure to damage. Priority Mail or First Class is recommended whenever the rate allows.

Order fulfillment

We ship as soon as your record is located in inventory. Our shipping team works Monday–Friday. Tracking is always provided — message us if you don’t receive it.

In rare cases (1–3% of orders), an item may be dropshipped due to simultaneous sales on multiple platforms. Delivery in those cases may take up to one month for domestic orders.

How we pack your records

We take packing seriously — your records should arrive as they left the shop. We use sturdy LP mailers (approximately $4 each) with corner protection and stiffeners so records don’t bend in transit.

  • LPs: stiff cardboard record mailer with corner protection.
  • 45s / 7”s: rigid bubble mailer with cardboard stiffener.
  • Sealed copies: extra corner protection; sealed stays sealed.
  • Multi-record orders: bound with filler boards between sleeves to prevent seam split.

If you have special packing requests, include them when you place your order.

Insurance & liability

We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen by USPS, foreign postal services, or after delivery.

If you’ve had issues with lost or damaged mail in the past, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance. Message us before paying and we’ll adjust the shipping cost.

High-risk regions

Buyers in Brazil, Colombia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, South Africa, and similar regions: packages to these destinations often face delays or tracking issues. We strongly urge you to purchase insurance.

If you decline insurance, we are not responsible for lost or untracked packages. Message us before paying if you want insurance.

International customs & import fees

International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or clearance fees. These are set by your country and are entirely the buyer’s responsibility.

If you have an IOSS number, include it in your shipping address.

Refund policy for customs fees: if an order is returned or refunded, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any postal handling fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Shipping address

We ship to the address you submit at checkout. Please double-check it before paying — we can’t reroute a package once the label has printed.

Photos before purchase

  • We do not provide photos for items priced under $40 before purchase.
  • We can provide photos for unpaid items priced at $40 or more.

If you need visual confirmation, message us before purchasing. Please also review the listing’s condition notes carefully.

Extras (inserts, sleeves, booklets)

Unless stated in the listing, extras such as original inner sleeves, inserts, posters, or booklets are not guaranteed for used records.

Items listed as Mint or Sealed should include all original contents.

If extras are important to you, please ask before purchasing. We can’t be held responsible for missing extras that were not specified.

Returns

Eligible return reasons

  • Wrong pressing
  • Misgraded item

Opened sealed items are not eligible for return.

Domestic returns (USA)

  • Return shipping is not covered for items under $15.
  • If you purchase your own return label, we can reimburse up to the Media Mail rate (currently $4.47).

International returns

  • Buyer pays return shipping.
  • We can reimburse up to $13 toward international return postage.
  • Costs beyond $13 are the buyer’s responsibility.

If an insured item is lost or damaged on return, refunds are issued only after the insurance claim pays out.

Cancellations

If you cancel before shipment, fees apply because marketplace and payment processor fees are non-refundable:

  • USA orders: 4% cancellation / restocking fee
  • International orders: 10% cancellation fee

If part of your order becomes unavailable due to in-store sales, we’ll refund the unavailable item(s) without any fee.
