Nivessa Refund & Return Policy

1. Sealed Products

You can return any new sealed item (for example, a vinyl record, CD, or cassette) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (100%).

  • The item must remain sealed and unopened.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and verify the return.

2. Used Products

All used items are final sale.

  • We encourage you to use the listening station in-store to test used vinyl before buying.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for used merchandise once purchased.

3. Defective Items

If a product you purchased is totally defective, we'll replace it when possible. If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund.

Please email orders@nivessa.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.

4. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was our mistake (ie: wrong or defective item).

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
