Refund & Return Policy
Sealed items can come back within 30 days. Used is final sale. Defective? We’ll make it right.

Sealed products — 30-day returns
You can return any new sealed item (vinyl, CD, cassette, etc.) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- The item must remain sealed and unopened.
- You’ll need proof of purchase — order number or receipt.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method once we’ve received and verified the return.
Used products — final sale
All used items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or credits once purchased.
This is why we have a listening station in-store — come test any used vinyl on the turntable before you commit. If something’s genuinely defective, see the next section.
Defective items — we’ll make it right
If a product arrives defective (unplayable, cracked, pressing error — not just normal wear on a used copy), we’ll replace it when possible, or issue a full refund if we don’t have another copy.
Email orders@nivessa.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Return shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs — unless the issue was on us (wrong item, defective pressing, etc.), in which case we cover it.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- We recommend a trackable shipping method.
