Depuis 1998, Patrick Ragaud est spécialisé dans l’achat et la vente de disques neufs et d’occasions dans tous les genres musicaux. Disques 33 et 45 tours, compacts discs et DVD musicaux neufs et d’occasions. Ce Nazairien a commencé sa carrière en travaillant comme vendeur de disque chez Nuggets à Saint-Nazaire. A partir de 2004 il se lance dans les brocantes et foires aux disques dans presque toute la France. A la recherche d’ un point de vente fixe, il croise le chemin de Monsieur Klaus, resident du « Garage » à Saint-Nazaire et Web Designer, qui gère également depuis une quinzaine d’années un site internet dedié à la vente de musique contemporaine avec plus de 3.000 mille références dans son catalogue. Les artistes et labels sont internationaux et le catalogue contient même des labels de pays « exotiques » comme la Lituanie ou le Japon. Sur le plateau de Monsieur Klaus vous pouvez aussi trouver des vinyles et CDs consacrés exclusivement au Jazz, à la musique d’ avant-garde, la musique improvisée, la musique contemporaine ou la musique classique. Metropolis Records est destiné aux collectionneurs, aux passionnés qui désirent vendre ou trouver le disque devenu introuvable dans le commerce.
